空调移机的操作方法

一、前期准备
1、 Preliminary preparation
移机人员上门拆机并带齐全套工具及安全设备。空调移机必须配带安全带，防止意外发生空调移机必须配带安全带，防止意外发生。

二.、回收制冷剂
2、 . recover refrigerant

First, start the refrigeration, collect fluorine after the external machine runs, close the small valve, close the large valve after the valve frosts and melts, and shut down immediately. Pull off the power supply and tighten the safety cap to collect the refrigerant in the air conditioner into the outdoor unit.
三、拆室内机
3、 Remove the indoor unit
拆卸室内机时，应防止冷凝水流进线路板;
When disassembling the indoor unit, prevent condensate from flowing into the circuit board;
四、拆室外机
4、 Remove the outdoor unit
拆卸室外机时，在卸放的同时注意平衡避免振动摇晃，最后用塑料包好以便搬运。
When disassembling the outdoor unit, pay attention to balance while unloading to avoid vibration and shaking, and finally wrap it with plastic for handling.
五、安装
5、 Installation
空调重新安装时应注意安装位置与对流。最后，用洗涤剂进行检漏，观察每一个接头有无气泡冒出，验明系统确无泄漏后，旋紧阀门保险帽即可。
When reinstalling the air conditioner, pay attention to the installation position and convection. Finally, use detergent for leak detection, observe whether there are bubbles at each joint, and tighten the valve safety cap after verifying that the system has no leakage.
