空调移机频发哪些故障?
What are the frequent faults of air conditioner shifting?
制冷系统故障是我们维修当中常风的故障,故障现象也是五花八门,千奇百怪,但还是有规律可循,有经验可借鉴。这里介绍的是空调制冷系统故障的检查步骤,虽不是必须的,但是维修时应顺着此思路进行检修。
Refrigeration system failure is the normal wind fault in our maintenance, and the failure phenomenon is also various and strange, but there are still rules to follow, experience can be used for reference. This paper introduces the inspection steps of air-conditioning refrigeration system failure, although not necessary, but maintenance should follow this train of thought for repair.
一、制冷系统检修要点
I. Maintenance Points of Refrigeration System
1、观察内外机的工作情况:如指示灯板的显示情况,内机是否工作,风速输出是否正常,外机风扇、压缩机是否运行,从而判断是电器问题还是系统问题导致的不制冷。
1. Observe the working conditions of the internal and external machine: such as the display of the indicator lamp board, whether the internal machine works, whether the wind speed output is normal, whether the fan and compressor of the external machine are running, so as to judge whether the electrical problem or the uncooling caused by the system problem.
2、检测空调器各项数据:
2. Testing data of air conditioner:
A、空调流水情况,一般内机滴水连续空调正常,但受环境湿度、温度影响只能作为一参考值。
A. The flow of air-conditioning water is normal in general, but it can only be used as a reference value because of the influence of environmental humidity and temperature.
B、进出风口温差,正常的进出风温差应在12-14度,但也会受环境温度、风速的影响。
B. The temperature difference between inlet and outlet should be 12-14 degrees, but it will also be affected by ambient temperature and wind speed.
C、测量系统管路压力值,一般制冷时低压压力在0.45Mpa-0.50Mpa,制热时高压压力在1.8Mpa-2.2Mpa之间,但压力要受环境温度影响,空调进风温度越高,排气压力越高,冷凝温度越高,反之则小;空调负荷越大,吸气压力越高,蒸发温度升高(蒸发器正常蒸发温度在5-7度之间)。
C. 二、制冷系统故障类型
2. Fault Types of Refrigeration System
1、制冷系统堵:
1. Refrigeration system blockage:
常常发生在毛细管及干燥过滤器处,因为这两个地方是系统中最狭窄的地方,常见的堵塞原因有三种:脏堵、冰堵及焊堵。
Often occurs in capillaries and drying filters, because these two places are the narrowest in the system, there are three common reasons for blockage: dirty blockage, ice blockage and welding blockage.
A、脏堵一般发生在毛细管的进口处,是因系统内的污物(如焊渣、锈宵、氧化皮等)堵塞了管路,检查时轻轻敲击毛细管处可能会暂时恢复正常,另从管路和元件表面凝露、结霜以及停机时压力恢复速度时间等都可以对堵塞的位置及性质作出判断。
A. The dirty blockage usually occurs at the entrance of the capillary, because the dirt in the system (such as welding slag, rust night, oxide skin, etc.) blocked the pipeline. It may temporarily return to normal when tapping the capillary during inspection. The location and nature of the blockage can be judged from condensation on the surface of the pipeline and components, frosting and the time of pressure recovery during shutdown.
B、冰堵一般发生在毛细管的出口处,是因系统含有水分,在毛细管出口处突然汽化降温而凝结成小冰粒堵塞在毛细管的出口处,判断时可在毛细管出口处用焊枪加热如果效果恢复正常或好转说明是冰堵,或是在空调关机后再开机机器又能制冷一段时间,说明是冰堵,冰堵一般发生在新装机或刚维修过的空调上。
B. Ice jam usually occurs at the outlet of capillary, because the system contains water. It is caused by sudden vaporization and cooling at the outlet of capillary and condenses into small ice particles to block the outlet of capillary. When judging, it can be heated with welding torch at the outlet of capillary. If the effect returns to normal or improves, it is ice jam, or the machine can be refrigerated for a period of time after the air conditioner shuts down, indicating that it is ice jam. Ice jams usually occur in newly installed or newly repaired air conditioners.
C、焊堵一般也是发生在毛细管的焊接处,现象与脏堵冰堵差不多,多发生在新装机上。
C. Welding plug usually occurs in the weld of capillary, which is similar to dirty ice plug, mostly in newly installed machines.
2、制冷系统漏:
2. Refrigeration system leakage:
空调制冷制热的载体是制冷剂,如系统出现漏点,制冷剂泄漏www.fangzhuangmj.cnwww.gaibanmojuz.cn www.huludaobanjia.cn www.haimianji.cn www.huludaoyanglao.cn www.diandongmena.com.cn则空调制冷差或完全不制冷,而空调器出现泄漏的地方主要集中在两器的各焊接头、毛细管焊接处、压缩机吸排气管、喇叭口、铜钠子裂、连接管等处,要检查时可先进行目测,重点检查连接管各接头处,泄漏处一般都有油迹。
The carrier of air conditioning refrigeration and heating is refrigerant. The trachea, horn mouth, copper and sodium cracks, connecting pipes, etc. should be inspected by visual inspection first, focusing on the joint of connecting pipes, where there are oil traces generally.
3、四通阀故障:
3. Four-way valve failure:
通常发生在制热时,四通阀吸合不好、串气或卡死,引起制热性能差,在判断时可对四通阀通断电听吸合是否良好,在维修时可通过反复给四通阀通电或轻轻敲打四通阀使其复位。
Usually occurs in heating, the four-way valve suction is not good, crossing or stuck, resulting in poor heating performance. In judgment, the four-way valve can be turned on and off to listen to the suction is good. In maintenance, the four-way valve can be re-energized repeatedly or lightly tapped to reset the four-way valve.
4、单向阀故障:
4. One-way valve failure:
单向阀在制冷时直接导通,但在制热时制冷剂要通过辅助毛细管,当单向阀密封不严或是辅助毛细管堵塞时,制热在受影响,因此如果空调制冷正常但制热差时,在排除四通阀问题后要重点检查单向阀。
The one-way valve is directly conductive in refrigeration, but the refrigerant must pass through the auxiliary capillary in heating. When the one-way valve is not tightly sealed or the auxiliary capillary is blocked, the heating is affected. Therefore, if the air conditioning refrigeration is normal but the difference in heating, the one-way valve should be checked after eliminating the four-way valve problem.
