Air conditioning and fluorine maintenance experience sharing.

一、快速辨别空调的雪种有无

First, quickly identify whether there is snow in air conditioning.

1、安装后空调能正常在制冷状态，空调运转一会外机两个接头是否有水珠？有，正常；一有一无，缺氟；没有，无氟。 

1, after installation, the air conditioner can be in the normal state of refrigeration. If the air conditioner works for a while, will there be water droplets in the two joints of the external machine? Yes, normal; there is none, no fluorine; no, no fluorine.  

2、打开内机盖，取下过滤网，里面铜管有水珠，正常；结白色的霜，缺氟；什么都没有，无氟。

2. Open the inner cover and remove the filter. The copper pipe inside is normal with water droplets. It has white frost and is deficient in fluorine. It has nothing but fluorine.

二、快速充氟操作 （R22系统）

Two. Fast fluorine filling operation (R22 system)

1、用充氟软管连接制冷剂钢瓶、压力表和充氟口，排除软管内空气。  

1. Connect the refrigerant cylinder, pressure gauge and the fluorine filling port with the fluorine filled hose to remove the air in the hose.  

2、启动压缩机，利用钢瓶与制冷系统压力差补充制冷剂。  

2. Start the compressor and supplement the refrigerant by using the pressure difference between the cylinder and the refrigeration system.  

3、充氟过程中观察压力表指针变化，使其维持在0.45～0.5MPa。  

3. During the fluorine filling process, the pressure gauge pointer was observed to maintain at 0.45 ~ 0.5MPa.  

4、试运转30分钟后，观察空调器是否进入正常运转状态。

5、停机后复查各泄漏疑点，无泄漏即可投入运行。

三、新机安装快速排空气

Three. New machine installed fast exhaust air.

1、把与内外机连接的四个喇叭口拧紧，先把外机的高压管(小管子)边上的阀用内6角打开,装上螺帽拧紧。再把外机低压管(大管子)朝下的螺帽拧开,有个象自行车气门芯的顶针按住空气就会排出，大概10秒，手指稍微有点感觉冷就停。装上螺帽拧紧，然后再把外机低压管(大管子)的阀用内6角打开,装上螺帽拧紧

1. Tighten the four horns connected with the internal and external machine. First, open the valve on the side of the high-pressure pipe (small pipe) of the external machine with the inner six angles, and install the nut to tighten it. Turn the nut downward from the low-pressure pipe (large pipe) of the external machine, and a thimble like the valve core of a bicycle will be discharged by pressing the air, about 10 seconds, and the finger will stop when it feels a little cold. Install the nut and tighten it, then open the valve of the outer pressure low pressure pipe (big pipe) in 6 corners, install the nut and tighten it.

空气就排掉了。。。

The air drained away.

2、还有一种办法就是;

把外机低压管(大管子)边上的阀用内6角打开,装上螺帽拧紧，外机的高压管(小管子)喇叭口先不要拧的太紧,让空气从喇叭口处排出,手指稍微有点感觉冷就停,装上螺帽拧紧，空气就排掉了。。。

Open the valve on the side of the low-pressure pipe (large pipe) of the external machine with the inner 6 angle, and fasten the nut. Don't tighten the bell mouth of the high-pressure pipe (small pipe) of the external machine, let the air out of the bell mouth, stop when the finger feels a little cold, tighten the nut, and the air is exhausted.

这个方法要注意拧喇叭口螺帽的力度,新手小心。

This method should pay attention to the strength of the screwdriver nut.
