拆下室外机外壳,见室外机毛细管震裂,造成震断原因是,安装人员把空调器室外机直接放在地上没有固定牢,用气焊修补好断裂处,通电后压缩机不起动,由于毛细管震裂,加之用户又长时间开机,使压缩机内的冷冻油大量排出,造成压缩机过热,油膜破坏,压缩机出现抱轴。
When the outer casing of the outdoor unit is removed, the capillary crack of the outdoor unit can be seen. The reason for the break is that the installation personnel put the outdoor unit of the air conditioner directly on the ground without fixing it firmly, repaired the break with gas welding, and the compressor does not start after power is turned on. Because of the capillary crack, and the user starts the machine for a long time, the refrigerated oil in the compressor is discharged massively, resulting in pressure. The compressor is overheated, the oil film is damaged, and the compressor holds the axle.

采用加大电容法和敲击法,起动压缩机均不凑效,最后只有把压缩机高压管和低压管焊开,采用气压冲击法,压缩机才起动运转,运转10min后,从低压气体阀门加200mL冷冻油,试机正常后,再打压、检漏、抽空、加制冷剂R22,空调器恢复制冷。
