在维修工作中，经常会遇到用户需要空调移机，空调移机也需要正确的操作，否则会遇到空调移机后不能正常制冷或出现制冷剂泄漏的故障。

In the maintenance work, the air conditioning machine is often needed by the users, and the air conditioning is also required to operate correctly. Otherwise, it will not be normal to refrigerate or leak out of the refrigerant after the air conditioning is moved.

1.空调回收制冷剂

1. air conditioner recovery refrigerant

（1）起动空凋器运行10～15min。

(1) the starting air wither operates from 10 to 15min.

（2）停机后放置3min，接着将充气罐接在三通阀上。

(2) 3min is placed after shutdown, and then the inflatable tank is connected to the three-way valve.

（3）略微打开充气罐的气阀（低侧），清除管内空气后再次关闭。

(3) open the air valve of the inflatable tank (low side) slightly, remove the air in the pipe and turn it off again.

（4）将二通阀的阀芯按顺时针方向转动并关闭。

(4) turn the spool of the two way valve in clockwise direction and close it.

（5）起动空调制冷，当连成器的显示达到0.1MPa时，停止运行。

(5) start the air conditioning refrigeration and stop operation when the display of the generator reaches 0.1MPa.

（6）停机后，当连成器的显示恢复到0.3～0.5MPa时，将三通阀的阀芯向顺时针方向转动，迅速关闭。

(6) after shutting down, when the display of the generator is restored to 0.3 to 0.5MPa, the valve core of the three-way valve is turned clockwise and quickly closes.

（7）取下充气装置，分别装上二通阀、三通阀的阀帽，三通阀需用转矩扳手安装，同时必须检查气体是否泄漏。

(7) take off the inflatable device and install the two way valve and the three-way valve cap. The three-way valve needs to be installed with torque wrench and must check whether the gas leaks.

（8）取下配管管道和内外连接电线，分别卸下室内、室外装置的二通阀、三通阀锁母，并分别盖上阀盖，防止灰尘进入。

(8) take off the pipe pipe and the inner and outer connection wires, unload the two valve and the three valve lock of the indoor and outdoor devices, and cover the valve cover respectively to prevent the dust from entering.

（9）拆卸室内、室外装置，连接配管的管道，和室内外的连接电线（二通阀、三通阀保持关闭状态）。

(9) dismantling indoor and outdoor installations, connecting piping, and connecting wires between indoor and outdoor (two way valves and three-way valves keep closed).

2.取下空调主机到新的位置进行安装

（1）在三通阀上接充气设备、气瓶（或充气罐）。

(1) connect the inflatable equipment and gas cylinder (or inflatable tank) on the three-way valve.

（2）打开气瓶（或充气罐）的气阀后，将二通阀的喇叭形螺母放松约45°角，进行排除空气的操作，步骤是3s放出lmin停止，反复操作3次以上。

(2) after opening the valve of the gas cylinder (or inflatable tank), the horn nut of the two - way valve is relaxed about 45 degrees, and the operation of eliminating the air is carried out. The step is the 3S release of the lmin and the repeated operation for more than 3 times.

（3）排除空气后，用转矩扳手装回螺母。

(3) after removing air, install the nut with torque wrench.

（4）检查连接部位是否漏气。

(4) check the leakage of the connecting part.

（5）关闭气瓶的阀门，稍稍打开充气设备的阀门，放出冷媒，使压力表的显示达到0.4～0.5MPa

(5) close the valve of the gas cylinder, open the valve of the inflatable equipment slightly, release the refrigerant, and make the pressure gauge display 0.4 to 0.5MPa.

（6）取下充气管后，将二通阀、三通阀的阀门打开。

(6) after removing the filling pipe, open the valve of the two way valve and the three-way valve.

（7）各装上帽，三通阀必须用转矩扳手安装。

(7) each cap must be installed, and the three-way valve must be installed with torque wrench.

（8）检查是否漏气。

(8) check for leakage.

4.开机试运行，试运行冷气和暖气的工作状态是否正常，并测定运行电流和温度差是否正常，如果正常则整个空调移机过程结束。

4. start the test run, try to run the cold air and heating is normal, and determine whether the current and temperature difference is normal, if normal, the whole air conditioning process is finished.
